   Personal discussion of the report over the phone

The prices provided are only valid for the cantons of Aargau, Glarus, Luzern, Nidwalden, Obwalden, Schaffhausen, Schwyz, Thurgau, Zug und Zürich. For other cantons, we provide you with a customized offer. The costs are your own contribution to be paid. The subsidies for the issuance of the certificate will be applied for directly by us from the canton.

If the total area of the buildings exceeds 1,000 m², or if the buildings are very complex, the quoted price may vary. The data for the energy analysis must be provided in advance via the Norm app by the owner.
